Our dedicated team of teachers and staff work continuously to provide our students with a robust and well-rounded education designed to ensure academic success and strong character development.

Currently, our team includes five classroom teachers, four teacher assistants, a music teacher, an art teacher and a reading specialist.

All of our teachers are highly qualified and are fully certified in the areas they teach.

In addition to our classroom staff, BLCA employs an executive director, a business manager, an administrative assistant, a food service manager and a food service worker.
